This policy explains how HubPanel and CannaHub.cc process data from the website, demo forms, accounts, support and communications.

When a club uses HubPanel to manage its own members or staff, the club usually acts as controller and HubPanel as processor.

We may process identity, contact, account, billing, technical activity, support and communication data.

In the panel, the customer decides what data it enters about members, staff and operations.

Individuals may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability and other GDPR rights where applicable.
