HubPanel aims to make the website and panel usable by as many people as possible, including assistive technology users.

The reference target is progressive alignment with WCAG 2.1 AA and European accessibility practices.

The product is evolving and some components may still require improvements in contrast, focus, labelling, keyboard navigation or alternative text.

Issues affecting critical flows such as login, billing and support are prioritised.

Accessibility barriers can be reported to [email protected] with the page, device, browser and issue description.

We aim to respond within a reasonable time and provide an accessible alternative where possible.
