Data processing

HubPanel processes personal data on behalf of the customer only to provide, maintain, secure and improve the contracted service.

Customer instructions are documented through panel configuration, contract, support tickets and authorised communications.

Data may include identity, contact, membership, access, billing, support, technical logs and operational data entered by the customer.

Special category data should not be entered unless there is a valid legal basis and appropriate safeguards.

HubPanel may use providers for hosting, payments, email, support, storage, security or analytics.

At the end of the service, data is exported, returned or deleted according to the contract and legal duties.
